The ENA Foundation, a new social contribution foundation launched in 2025, supports Cypriot athletes through the 'Beyond the Medal' program. The program provides financial support of over €350,000 to eight Olympic and Paralympic-level athletes for the next three years.

The initiative promotes the idea of a 'dual career', enabling athletes to develop simultaneously in sports, studies, and their professional paths. The program covers tuition, accommodation, study expenses, and provides scientific support.

The athletes participating in the program are: Marios Georgiou (Artistic Gymnastics), Milan Trajkovic (Athletics), Konstantina Georgiou (Cycling), Markos Kontopoulos (Shooting), Marilena Makri (Sailing), Andreas Beros (Para-athletics), Natasa Lappa (Windsurfing) and Iosif Kesidis (Hammer Throw).

The selection of athletes was based on athletic performance, academic record, and socio-economic status. The program is implemented in collaboration with the Cyprus Sports Organisation and with the support of the Universities of Nicosia, European and Frederick.

The founders of the ENA Foundation are businessman Tasos Papanastasiou and Christiana Panagi.
