Encouraging Debut for Femke Bol in the 800m at Metz

Femke Bol made her debut in the 800m at the Metz Moselle meeting in France, finishing in 1:59.07, a new Dutch record.

The Dutch star, known for her success in the 400m hurdles, has closed the chapter on low hurdles and is now focusing on the 800m.

At the silver category meeting on the World Indoor Tour, Bol finished first in 1:59.07. Swiss athletes Rosamilia and Hoffmann followed with 1:59.90 and 1:59.91 respectively.

Georgia Despoallari also participated in the 800m, finishing in 2:02.64.
