Karalis: Jumps 5.90m in Clermont-Ferrand

Emmanouil Karalis jumped 5.90m at the All Star Perche in Clermont-Ferrand, France. The Greek Olympian pole vaulter finished in 3rd place in the competition.
Karalis started the competition by passing 5.55m, cleared 5.70m on his first attempt, and 5.90m with ease. He then attempted to clear 6m and 6.06m, without success.
Mondo Duplantis took first place with a jump of 6.0m, which is the world's best performance this year. Curtis Marshall was second with 6.0m.
Karalis failed to break the Greek national indoor record (6.05m).
