Carcedo: From Emery to Pafos FC and the Champions League

Pafos FC coach, Juan Carlos Carcedo, gave an interview to a Spanish outlet, referring to his experience as Unai Emery's assistant at Sevilla, Paris Saint-Germain and Arsenal, as well as his decision to become a head coach.

Carcedo emphasized his desire to coach in the Champions League and described the beginning of his collaboration with Emery at Almeria, as well as their successes in Valencia, where they promoted players like Jordi Alba.

He also referred to winning the Europa League with Sevilla in 2014 and 2016, as well as his experience at Paris Saint-Germain, where he worked with Neymar and Kylian Mbappe.

Regarding Arsenal, Carcedo noted the difficulties they faced after Arsène Wenger's departure and his decision to follow his own path as a coach. Finally, he referred to his experience at Pafos FC and his goals with the team.

"I always dreamed of coaching in the Champions League," Carcedo stated.
