The Cyprus Sports Organisation (KOA) announced that no changes can be made to the issuance process of the fan card, despite contacts with state authorities and the CFA. The decision is due to legislative and technical limitations.

According to the KOA, the validity of previous fan cards expired on May 31, 2025. The organization reminds the public of the available options for issuing a new card, depending on age and residency status.

Fan Card Issuance Process:

  • Cypriot citizens over 18: Via the "Digital Citizen" application using CyLogin.
  • Individuals aged 14-18, over 65, temporary residence permit (ARC) holders, foreign passport holders: Via the KOA Portal https://fancard.cy.
