Kontides: 20th Place at Hyères Grand Slam

Pavlos Kontides is in 20th place in the overall standings of the ILCA7 after the first day of the Hyères Grand Slam.

The Cypriot sailor finished 18th in the first race on Monday, April 20, and 5th in the second.

Three races are scheduled for Tuesday (21/4), while two medal races will take place on Saturday (25/4). This system will also be applied at the Los Angeles Olympic Games.

Natasa Lappa (19th in IQFOIL) and Makri (60th in Laser/ILCA6) are also participating in the event.
