CFA: 600 Coaches Participate in First Aid Courses

A total of 600 coaches from the Cyprus Football Association (CFA) are participating in First Aid courses. The initiative aims to enhance safety in children's leagues.

The Ministry of Health responded to the CFA's proposal to train coaches, ahead of the new football season. A meeting between the Minister of Health, Mr. Michalis Damianou, and the President of the CFA, Mr. Haris Loizidis, will take place today.

The goal is to complete the training of the first 200 coaches by September, with official certification from the Ministry of Health. Subsequently, the remaining coaches will also be trained.

The CFA emphasizes that immediate and correct intervention in emergency situations is a critical safety issue.
