Impunity remains a significant problem in Cypriot society, affecting the football scene as well. Individuals who financially ruin teams face no consequences.

Teams have suffered damages, but there is no change either from the clubs or from the CFA.

Could the clubs, in cooperation with the federation, establish regulations that would require administrations to prove in writing the existence of the necessary funds for their budget before the start of the season?
