Swimming Federation Report Submitted to Attorney General

The Attorney General of the Republic, Mr. Giorgos L. Savvidis, today received a multi-page report and statement of facts related to the Swimming Federation from the President of the Committee on Ethics and Protection of Sports, Mr. Stefanos Skordis.

The report includes the findings of the investigation into potential incompatibility and/or violations of legislation. The Legal Service will study the material to assess whether there are indications of criminal offenses, in order to order the initiation of a criminal investigation.
