A driver operating Stefanos Tsitsipas' luxury Lotus was caught speeding at 210 km/h. The new 'smart cameras' recorded the violation and imposed a fine of 2,000 euros and a one-year driving ban.

According to tennisnews.gr, Stefanos Tsitsipas was not driving the car. The vehicle was a fully electric Lotus Electre.

The base model of the Lotus Electre delivers 603 horsepower and accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.5 seconds, with a top speed of 258 km/h. The 'R' version delivers 905 horsepower and accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.95 seconds, with a top speed of 265 km/h. The base model costs 95,990 euros, while the 'R' version reaches 150,000 euros.
