Record Participation at Radisson Blu Larnaca International Marathon

The Radisson Blu Larnaca International Marathon achieved record participation, with over 13,000 athletes from 85 countries taking part. This year's event also saw a record number of participants in the 42km marathon, with over 1,000 runners.

In the 42km marathon, Cristian-Alexandru Neascu finished first with a time of 02:34:43, while in the women's race, Margarita Geistdoerfer was first with a time of 02:58:36.

The Marathon also included actions such as 'You Run We Donate' and collaborations with charitable organizations.

Georgia Kaltsi, a wheelchair basketball athlete, was a source of inspiration for the participants.
