Simeone Publicly Apologizes to PĂ©rez and VinĂcius for Behavior

Diego Simeone has publicly apologized to Real Madrid president Florentino PĂ©rez and player VinĂcius JĂșnior for his behavior during the Spanish Super Cup semi-final between AtlĂ©tico Madrid and Real Madrid (1-2).
The Argentinian coach had provoked VinĂcius with gestures and comments. Simeone stated: "First of all, I would like to apologize to Mr. PĂ©rez and VinĂcius for what happened. It's not right for me to put myself in this position and I obviously accept that I was wrong."
After the match, VinĂcius ironically commented on a post by Fabrizio Romano regarding the incident.
