Stepinski: Omonia's Conditions for Widzew Lodz Transfer

A new Polish publication sheds light on the case of Marius Stepinski and Widzew Lodz's interest. According to the report, Omonia did not want to release the player before the European qualifiers, setting strict conditions.

Stepinski himself reportedly expressed his desire to move to the Central European team, but the transfer did not materialize. A large financial difference between the two clubs is also mentioned. However, Omonia insists that no issue of transferring the 30-year-old striker was raised.

The publication states that negotiations have been suspended, with Omonia demanding an amount almost double Widzew's offer. Nevertheless, the possibility of a future re-approach is not ruled out.
