Zisis: «Argyros wanted to sing for the National Team pro bono»

Nikos Zisis, general manager of the National Basketball Team, defended Konstantinos Argyros after comments he received regarding the proposal to sing for the team after winning the bronze medal at EuroBasket 2025.

According to Zisis, Argyros did not refuse to sing, but due to professional obligations abroad, he offered to do so pro bono after his return. However, the players preferred to have fun immediately, resulting in them choosing Thodoris Ferris at "Poseidonio."

Zisis emphasized that Konstantinos Argyros is a friend of the National Team and made every effort to support the team. He also thanked Thodoris Ferris and Manolis Moutsos for their contribution to the team's celebration.
