Arcturos: Optimism for Bear Kirki After Traffic Accident

The Arcturos Emergency Response Team rescued a young bear, Kirki, who was seriously injured in a traffic accident on the provincial road of Dispiliou – Ampelokipon.

According to an announcement, the bear, initially in a comatose state, regained consciousness after many hours of effort. She was diagnosed with a skull fracture, but doctors are optimistic about her recovery due to her young age.

Kirki has been transferred to the Arcturos Wildlife Veterinary Clinic, where she will remain under observation. The organization expressed hope that the bear will be able to return to its natural environment after her recovery.
