EU Announces Aid to Afghanistan After Deadly Earthquake

The European Commission has announced aid to Afghanistan following the deadly earthquake.

A Commission spokesperson stated that the aid is already en route. Two flights carrying humanitarian aid will arrive in Kabul this week, transporting 130 tons of essential supplies, including tents, medicine, water, and clothing.

Additionally, the European Commission has allocated one million euros from its emergency fund for its partners providing assistance on the ground.
