Firefighting Forces Reinforced in Alassa

Firefighting forces operating in Alassa are being reinforced. The fire broke out on Wednesday night in a difficult-to-access area north of the community, with the fire department proceeding to partially recall personnel.

The forces are being reinforced by the Department of Forests, Civil Defense, and the KITAS volunteer team. Additionally, a tanker is expected from the District Administration to supply water to the fire trucks.
