China: Flash Flood Kills 8 People

Eight people have died in a flash flood in northern China, according to the Chinese news agency Xinhua. Rescue teams are searching for 4 missing people.

The flood occurred in the Inner Mongolia region around 22:00 local time (17:00 Greek time) on Saturday, sweeping away 13 campers.

One person was rescued, and the search continues, according to Xinhua.
