Norway: Two Skiers Killed in Avalanche

Two skiers died and two were injured in an avalanche in Norway, police said.

The incident occurred near the Hemsedal ski resort, northwest of Oslo. A woman in her 20s and a man in his 30s were found dead. The man was of Swedish nationality.

Rescue teams, volunteers, and a helicopter participated in the rescue operations. The risk of avalanches in the area remains high.
