Chile: Five Tourists Killed in Patagonia Snowstorm

Five tourists have died after a severe snowstorm hit the Torres del Paine National Park in Chilean Patagonia.
José Antonio Ruiz, the presidential representative in the Magallanes region, confirmed that the victims include two Mexicans, two Germans, and one British national.
The tourists went missing in a remote area as the snowstorm brought wind gusts exceeding 190 km/h.
While five people lost their lives, four others who had been reported missing were found safe.
Torres del Paine National Park is located at the southern tip of Chile, approximately 2,800 kilometers from Santiago, and is a popular tourist destination.
