Agrinio: 9-year-old in hospital after drug challenge

A 9-year-old child is hospitalized in a hospital in Agrinio after a dangerous drug 'challenge' that took place at a school in the city.

According to agriniopress.gr, the incident occurred when two children were playing and decided to try a challenge involving swallowing medication. One child gave medication to his friend, who felt unwell and was taken to Agrinio General Hospital.

The child is hospitalized and his life is not in danger. The mother of the 9-year-old who gave the drug was arrested for neglect of supervision of a minor.
