Aetolia-Acarnania: Kalashnikov Attack on House – Son Injured

An armed attack occurred at a house in Thermo, Aetolia-Acarnania, perpetrated by three hooded individuals. According to reports, the perpetrators attacked the father, attempted to tie up the mother, and shot the son.

The son, alerted by neighbors, watched the attack via security cameras and attempted to chase the perpetrators, who shot at him with a Kalashnikov.

Police collected three Kalashnikov shell casings. Apprehensions were made, but those arrested were released. Investigations to locate the perpetrators are ongoing.

According to the son's testimony, the perpetrators had ambushed his 65-year-old father, who was attacked as soon as he exited the elevator.
