Amaliada: Panagiotakis' Death Was a Murder – New Report

Rapid developments are expected in the case of the death of young Panagiotakis in Amaliada. The baby had died in the presence of Eirini Mourtzoukou, who has confessed to the murder of 4 other children and has been remanded in custody.

According to Vasilis Lambropoulos on Live News, the new report on Panagiotakis shows that his death resulted from asphyxiation. Pathologist Akis Anestakis distinguishes the errors in the previous report, stating that there is no intestinal intussusception but sepsis, and that the hypoxia occurred close to the time of death.

A team from the Homicide Department visited Eirini Mourtzoukou in Korydallos, but she did not mention Panagiotakis.
