Amaliada: 42-year-old driver dies after traffic accident

The 42-year-old driver who was hospitalized in the ICU after the traffic accident that occurred on January 5 in Amaliada has died. He is Panagiotis Dimopoulos.

In the same accident, the 34-year-old passenger, Vasilis Koritas, lost his life. The car driven by the 42-year-old collided with another vehicle and crashed into a pillar on Antoniou Petralia Street.

Panagiotis Dimopoulos was hospitalized in critical condition and passed away, while his family decided to donate organs. His funeral will be held on Wednesday (21/1) at the Holy Church of the Annunciation.
