Ano Liosia: 8-Year-Old Drives Car, Mother Arrested

An 8-year-old drove a car without license plates in Ano Liosia, leading to a police chase. When officers tried to stop him, he sped off and crashed into a garage door on Scholiari street.

Fortunately, the minor was not injured. His 27-year-old mother was arrested for neglect of supervision of a minor but was released on the verbal order of a prosecutor.

The incident occurred on Monday afternoon at the intersection of Fylis and Eleftherias streets, when a patrol car spotted the vehicle without license plates.
