Achaia: 3-Year-Old Dies After Falling From Wall

A tragic incident occurred in Western Achaia, in the Spaton area, where a 3-year-old boy died after falling from a wall approximately two meters high.

The child was transported to Karamanthaneio Hospital with severe head injuries. Doctors tried for 40 minutes to resuscitate him after a cardiac arrest, but unfortunately, they were unsuccessful.

According to tempo24.news, the child was playing with a 25-year-old distant relative when, under unclear circumstances, they both fell from the wall. The 25-year-old was also injured and is being treated at "Agios Andreas" Hospital. He has been arrested and faces charges of manslaughter by negligence.

The child's parents were in a field for agricultural work at the time of the accident, with the child under the supervision of the 25-year-old.
