Florina: Foreign National Arrested with 21.5 kg of Heroin

A foreign national was arrested in Florina on Friday (19/9) for importing 21.5 kg of heroin and illegally entering Greece.

Police officers located the perpetrator in a difficult-to-access forest area of Florina, transporting 43 nylon packages of heroin. The heroin and a mobile phone were confiscated.

The arrested individual was led to the competent prosecutor, while the preliminary investigation was conducted by the Xanthi Department of Crime Prosecution and Investigation.
