Finikounta: New Developments in Double Murder Case – Focus on Nephew's Friend

Nearly a month and a half after the double murder at a campsite in Finikounta, the investigation enters a new phase with targeted actions by law enforcement.
Following an order from the Kalamata examining magistrate, police raided three shops in Athens, owned by a 32-year-old businessman, a friend of the campsite owner's nephew and the sole survivor. The businessman is said to be the first person the nephew contacted after the murder.
The 32-year-old businessman is expected to testify at GADA (Athens Police Headquarters). One of the arrested, the 22-year-old alleged accomplice, worked in the businessman's shop. Authorities searched for computers and documents, examining possible use of applications by those involved.
At the same time, a police unit conducted a new search of the campsite and the victims' home. At the Kalamata courts, the 33-year-old nephew's 22-year-old girlfriend was called to testify for the third time.
The businessman's lawyer, M. Dimitrakopoulos, stated that his client is fully cooperating with the authorities.
