Phthiotis: Shooting Incident Leaves Three Injured Near Makrakomi

A bloody incident occurred near Makrakomi, Phthiotis, resulting in injuries to three people. A 60-year-old allegedly shot his brother with a shotgun following a land dispute.

According to lamianow.gr, the incident took place on Friday evening (August 22, 2025). The pellets also injured two men who were near the scene. The injured were transferred to Lamia Hospital.

Police arrested the perpetrator and are investigating the exact causes of the incident. The perpetrator is a resident of the village, while his brother lives in Athens.
