Gkyzi: Man Stabs Wife and Jumps from Rooftop

A serious incident of domestic violence occurred in Gkyzi, where a man, approximately 60 years old, attacked his wife with a knife, wounding her in the neck. The man then ended his life by jumping from the rooftop of an adjacent building.

The incident took place in an apartment on Lokridos Street 37. According to initial reports, a heated argument preceded the attack. After the attack, the perpetrator allegedly went to the roof, moved to the adjacent building, and jumped.

His wife, also approximately 60 years old, was taken to a hospital where she is in serious condition. Police forces and an ambulance from EKAV rushed to the scene, where they confirmed the man's death.
