Glyfada: Three Arrested for Threatening Police with Hammer, Knife, and Air Gun

Three foreign nationals were arrested in Glyfada for threatening police officers with a hammer, knife, and air gun.

DIA police officers stopped the suspicious vehicle for inspection. The three men, ages 32, 36, and 37, exited the car with their faces covered and threatened the officers.

The police also found a 'full face' type hood, a plastic air gun speedloader, a metal air gun refill bottle, a GPS device, 1,000 euros, and 4 mobile phones in their possession.

A case file was opened against them by the sub-directorate for the prosecution and investigation of crimes in southeastern Attica for violation of weapons legislation and threats. The arrested men were led to the competent prosecutor.
