Woman's Murder in Chalandri: Perpetrator in Evelpidon

The 28-year-old perpetrator of the woman's murder in Chalandri was taken to Evelpidon, where he is expected to be charged. In his deposition, the perpetrator allegedly claimed that the 47-year-old woman was slandering him.
The 28-year-old confessed to killing the woman with 15 stabs outside her apartment building. He claimed that the victim slandered him everywhere, causing his friends to remove him from social media.
The perpetrator and victim met at a soup kitchen in January. The perpetrator claimed they had sexual encounters, which is not confirmed. The 47-year-old had reported the 28-year-old to the police in March for harassment, but no further action was taken.
Police will investigate whether the 28-year-old has psychological problems and will investigate his relationship with the victim.
