Kavala: Mystery Surrounds Disappearance of 59-Year-Old British Woman

A mystery surrounds the disappearance of 59-year-old British woman, Michele Ann Joy Bourda, from a beach in Kavala. Her disappearance was reported last Friday at Ofrynio beach.

Her husband, a Greek national, reported her missing to the authorities after waking up and not finding her on the sunbed. Reportedly, the 59-year-old had disappeared in London in 2020.

Authorities have issued a Silver Alert, as her life may be in danger. Searches are ongoing in the area, including the surrounding fields and a lake.

Michele Ann Joy Bourda is described as slim, 1.73 m tall, with blue eyes and shoulder-length hair. Her personal belongings were found on the beach.
