Kozani: 39-Year-Old Arrested for Illegally Recording Trial

A 39-year-old woman was arrested in Kozani for allegedly illegally recording a criminal trial with her mobile phone at the city's Courthouse.

She was noticed by personnel of the Judicial Police and arrested by the Hellenic Police (ELAS). The recorded material was deleted, and the mobile phone was returned to her. A case file was opened against her for illegally recording audiovisual material during a court session.
