Laura's Classmates Testify About Her Relationship With Her Parents

The ELAS (Hellenic Police) continues its search for 16-year-old Laura, who disappeared on January 8th from Patras. Authorities believe she is in Athens, possibly in the Zografou area or the University campus.

Laura's classmates reported that she had problems with her father. One classmate said that Laura believed her father pressured her a lot and controlled her mobile phone. A former classmate stated that Laura was subjected to psychological violence by her father and that the change from Germany to Greece was difficult for her.

Laura had mentioned that her family came to Greece to make it difficult to find her father. She also knitted and sold her creations to make money, as she wanted to leave her house when she grew up. A friend mentioned that Laura was constantly creating and deleting Instagram accounts.

A neighbor of the family described Laura as an "excellent little girl" who did not go out much. A local resident reported seeing Laura sitting alone on a bench every morning.
