Naoussa: 64-Year-Old Elevator Technician Dies During Work

A tragic accident occurred in Naoussa, Imathia, where a 64-year-old elevator technician died while performing work in an apartment building.

According to the Hellenic Police (EL.AS.), the man was extracted unconscious by rescue crews at 11:20 on Monday morning. He was found in the space above the elevator car. The Fire Department attempted to free him, and he was subsequently transported by ambulance to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

The circumstances of the accident are being investigated by the Naoussa Police Department.
