The 32-year-old mother is being brought before the investigator today regarding the case of the dead girl in Palaio Faliro. She is expected to appear before the investigator at 11:00.

The 32-year-old reportedly insists on the accident version, claiming that the child was already dead when she left her on Eden beach. Therefore, she is expected to deny the charges of drowning and intentional homicide.

Her mobile phone is also under the microscope of the Authorities, as there is information that she tried to find a way to return to Algeria. Her lawyer, Evita Varela, told ERTNews that her client declares herself categorically innocent of the charges against her.

Regarding the mother's omission to take the child to a public hospital, the lawyer stated that her client acknowledges the omission and wants to take responsibility for what she is responsible for.
