Actor Timothy Busfield, known for his role in 'The West Wing,' has pleaded not guilty to four counts of sexual contact with a minor. The charges relate to alleged incidents that occurred on the set of 'The Cleaning Lady' in Albuquerque, between November 2022 and spring 2024.

The 68-year-old actor was indicted on February 6. According to the lawsuit, one of the alleged victims testified that Busfield touched his "private parts" on set when he was seven years old. The twin brother also testified that he was touched by Busfield.

Busfield was arrested in January, following an arrest warrant in New Mexico, and voluntarily surrendered to the authorities. Before surrendering, he called the charges false.
