Pangrati: 27-year-old Attempted Robbery of Elderly Woman, Gets Stuck in Elevator

An unbelievable incident occurred in Pangrati, Athens, when a 27-year-old man attempted to rob an 82-year-old woman and ended up trapped in her apartment building's elevator.

The young man followed the elderly woman, pretending to want to help her with her groceries. When the woman realized his intentions, she started calling for help. The 27-year-old tried to escape by elevator, but it stalled.

The Fire Department arrived and freed the perpetrator, and the Police, who arrested him. A case file was opened against him, as he has troubled the authorities in the past for similar acts.
