Palaio Faliro: Mother in Court for Jenna's Death – Mobile Phone Under Investigation

The 32-year-old denies the charges and claims that the child was already dead when she left her on the beach, avoiding calling for help for fear of losing custody of her other two children. The mother's mobile phone is being examined to recover messages and determine the circumstances of death. Authorities are also investigating whether the other two children have been abused, as they bear marks.

The mother's lawyer, Evita Varela, stated that her client denies the charge of intentional homicide and awaits the results of histological and toxicological tests. The defense claims that the defendant is a victim of chronic abuse.
