Patras: Driver claims he was attacked with an iron bar

A 35-year-old driver in Patras reported being attacked with an iron bar by another driver following a dispute on Akti Dymaion. According to thebest.gr, the incident occurred shortly before midnight on Sunday, as the driver was returning from work.

The victim alleges that the perpetrator chased him for about 200 meters, believing that he had cut him off with his car. At the traffic lights at the first entrance of the South Park, the perpetrator got out of his vehicle and began verbally abusing him. He then opened the victim's car door and hit him with an iron bar, causing a fractured elbow.

Eyewitnesses recorded the license plate number of the perpetrator's vehicle and immediately notified the Police. The 35-year-old is appealing to anyone who was at the scene to testify as witnesses. The case is under investigation by the police authorities.

The driver, identified as B.B., stated that he suffered a serious injury to his left elbow and has already filed a lawsuit.
