Preveza: Beach Bar Completely Destroyed by Fire in Monolithi

A beach bar in Monolithi, Preveza, was completely destroyed by a fire on Saturday morning (August 30). The beach bar "Blue Island" was engulfed in flames, with the fire burning down the business in a matter of minutes.

Vacationers notified the Fire Department, which rushed to the scene with two vehicles and six men. However, the speed at which the fire spread made it impossible to save the business. A video that was released captured the fire department's operation and the destruction.

Fortunately, there were no injuries. The Fire Department has launched an investigation into the causes of the fire.
