Rhodes: 18-year-old Dane accused of raping 18-year-old Italian

An 18-year-old Danish man was arrested in Rhodes following a complaint by an 18-year-old Italian woman alleging rape. According to the complaint, the sexual act took place without her consent behind a nightclub in Faliraki, where they had been socializing.

The arrested man was brought before the investigator, and he reportedly claims that there was consent. The police have carried out the necessary procedures and the file has been forwarded to the Prosecutor's Office. The case is under investigation.
