Rhodes: Father Allegedly Raped Daughter for Years – Also Father of Her Child

Shock in Rhodes as a horrific case of domestic violence has been revealed. A father is accused of raping his daughter for over 15 years.

A DNA test showed that he is the father of her child. The case was revealed after a testimony from a social worker.

The Prosecutor's Office ordered a preliminary examination for repeated rape, incest, child abuse and domestic violence. The investigations were assigned to an officer of the Sub-Directorate of Prosecution and Investigation of Crimes.

The 31-year-old woman reported that the rape started when she was 16 years old and continued until four years ago, when she became pregnant with her second child. The DNA test confirmed that he is the father of his granddaughter.

The woman has been informed about support structures for victims of domestic violence.
