Sasa Stamati: Baker Attacked in Mandra – "They Sent Him to the Hospital with a Collapsed Lung"

Journalist Sasa Stamati reported via Instagram Stories a brutal attack on a 61-year-old baker in Mandra. According to her post, the baker, named Giorgos, was the victim of a robbery and violent beating.

As Sasa Stamati described, "Hooded men took his savings and beat him. Even when he begged, the wretches beat him mercilessly until they sent him to Thriassio with a collapsed lung."

The journalist expressed her shock at the incident, emphasizing that Giorgos is a "hardworking, honest, worthy man who sells loaf by loaf to live." She wished her neighbor a speedy recovery.
