Stathis Panagiotopoulos: 3-Year Suspended Sentence

Stathis Panagiotopoulos has been found guilty and sentenced to a 3-year suspended prison sentence for the second complainant, for posting videos of personal moments on pornographic websites.

According to his lawyer, Apostolos Lytras, mitigating circumstances were recognized due to mental health issues. "The court convicted the defendant...it was accepted that he obviously suffers from psychiatric issues, for this reason he made these posts and not with the intention of revenge and harming the girl," his lawyer stated.
