43-Year-Old Arrested for Drug Cultivation in Karpathos

A 43-year-old man was arrested in Karpathos on Thursday, February 26th, for drug cultivation. Following a tip-off, police searched his home and discovered an organized drug cultivation laboratory.

Specifically, two specially designed cabinets for hydroponic cannabis cultivation were found and confiscated. These cabinets were fully equipped with fans, lamps, and thermometers.

During the police operation, a total of 243 grams of raw cannabis, 5 parts of cannabis seedlings, numerous cannabis seeds and bottles of fertilizer, as well as an air gun were confiscated.

The case file formed by the Karpathos Police Sub-Directorate was submitted to the Rhodes Court of First Instance Prosecutor's Office for further action.
