28-Year-Old Arrested for Illegal Parking on Tram Lines in Athens

A 28-year-old man was arrested in Athens early Thursday morning after parking his car on the tram lines, causing a disruption in service for approximately one hour.

According to the Hellenic Police (ELAS), a case file was opened against the 28-year-old for obstructing public transport. He was also fined 1,200 euros and his driver's license was suspended for two months.

The arrested man was led to the competent prosecutor.
