It refers to the preparatory actions of the Chams before the Italian invasion, their collaboration with the occupying forces, and the attempts to recruit them by ELAS and DSE.

Finally, the criminal prosecutions against the Chams after the liberation and their flight to Albania are presented.

The Chams, collaborating with the Italians and Germans, committed a series of crimes against Greek Christians during the Occupation. Their actions included murders, robberies, and destruction of villages, with the aim of expelling the Greeks from the Thesprotia region.

After liberation, the Chams fled to Albania and were convicted in absentia by Greek courts.
