Tempi: Trial for video material adjourned

The trial concerning the handling of video material from the Tempi train accident has been adjourned until October 30, following a decision by the Single-Member Misdemeanor Court of Larissa.

The case examines the storage and handling of audiovisual material from the security cameras of the railway station after the accident on February 28, 2023. The court rejected a request for adjournment from the former CEO of OSE and the legal representative of Interstar Security.

The court ordered the mandatory presence of the defendants at the next hearing.
